Camp shop (Midtown & Brooklyn): If you are in New York City with children, you have to bring them to a camp shop. This is a toy business that has been reinvented. When you come in for the first time, you will see a small, modest toy business with some unique gifts for sale, but shortly you will find a secret door that brings you a completely different world. In Manhattan we found that when we went through the secret door, we were transported to an interactive toy business in which the children were able to test and evaluate various toys. There are interactive experiences in every corner and in every point on the way, including a racetrack for scooters and a huge slide in a pit with foam blocks. In Brooklyn she leads through the secret door to a magical elevator that sweeps her into the camp. In the camp you will find a bunk house with a secret slide that goes into a dance room, a magical lake, horses (toys) for riding, balls for playing and even an ice cream parlor. This is correct – in every Camp shop there is a kind of refreshing stand. In Manhattan you have a Full-Fledge café with pastries and espresso. In Brooklyn it is an ice cream parlor full of incredible flavors. Another thing I love: the family pools. Every single bathroom in the Camp shop is a family bath, so you have space to take care of your children’s needs. After all, Camp offers a stroller check so that you can play in the shop without having to carry your things around. If you go to New York City with children, you have to put Camp on your must-do list.
