Okay, I admit that I would never have heard the term “maiden girl” until I came to Tiktok last year.

But it turned out that I have been a mueslir girl for years without knowing it!

In college I was president of the environmental club (with the kitschy name “ORr earth “because the school was ou) and I spent hours the school for installing more recycling containers.

I wore Chacos and Birkenstocks, led camping and hiking trips, listened to Fleetwood Mac, before Tikkok made it over the charts again, and was never far from my reusable water bottle with colorful stickers.

Today I live in Colorado and hike as if it were my job (because it is somehow as a creator outdoors!) I love to be economical and plants and yoga, and I spend several months a year to live from my Subaru while I visit national parks with my dog.

I don’t like eating muesli, but I’m 100% a mueslir girl.

Girls started asking me and asking where I buy my clothes because the “maid girl -aesthetics” is currently. I never viewed myself fashionably, but here are a few pieces that I would consider as a “muesli -girl -starter -Pack”.

In winter, this carhart hat is basically glued to my head.

Pro tip: If you have a little head like me, get the size of the child! It is half of the adult version price and still fits me well, a 5’2 ‘adult woman.

Patagonia is a popular and environmentally conscious brand with cozy fleeces that will keep many seasons from camping trips. (Do you need a new book? The Patagonia founders let my people go for a fabulous reading.)

Take a look at Patagonia’s wear, the high -quality options for used options, including some fantastic vintage styles.

3. A great couple overalls

Dovetail Workwear makes my favorite couple more functional, photographed overalls, perfect for road trips or just at home.

Carhart also has a sweet (and cheaper) couple.

Shackers look like you should chop wood outside or have rolled up around a campfire with the only chopped wood. Couples great with a shortened tank underneath and a statement hat.

Blundstones, lovingly known as Blundies, have been a robust, waterproof Australian brand for decades, which is loved by outdoory people. They look good with overalls, jeans or hiking leggings.

The more bracelets, the better! Pura vidas waxed rope bands are very popular, but even better if they have made friendship bracelets in the camp.

7. And while they are there, a bunch of rings

Muesli girls are also known for their impressive ring collections, especially for chunky silver. I love this cactus!

Combine them with linen pants or overalls for a cute relaxed look. For maximum Muesli, wear your stocks with socks!

Like the oversized shacket, you can add jeans and boots to your cord shirt and are immediately ready for a campfire.

Would you like to look like you could save the Colorado River every minute? Grab a few chacos. A chaco tan is a safe sign for a great summer.

11. Everything played

Being a cereal girl is about being environmentally friendly. Therefore, the best choice for one of these articles is economical!

Places for shopping: eBay, Thedup, Poshmark and your local used goods store.

Things you are looking for: vintage band-t-shirts, oversized flanels and shaks, vintage sweaters with unique patterns, vintage levi, reusable water bottles and glassware … You can do almost anything that is used, and for your paperback and for the planet.

Nothing says a muesli girl like a headband, ideally with braids underneath. I love the yellow above! On Etsy you will also find great handmade bandanas and headbands.

Hydroflask is ideal for daily use to keep water super-duper cold, while the lighter reusable nal genes are better for camping and hiking.

(Pro tip: In cold nights in the tent, you can use your nalgene as a hot water bottle! Just fill it with almost boiling water before going to bed and throw it in your sleeping bag.)

Most water bottles with muesli girls are plastered with stickers, like one for each of their favorite national parks. I love to be ashamed of Etsy for unique stickers to exchange with friends.

Iknowiknow, I listed overalls twice! But the overalls of the linen are the softer, more comfortable, more relaxed version of the upper overall in the workman style.

A loosely sitting, popular jeans is another staple for muesli girls. Levi’s are a proven option.

For the Grungy Granola girl, the vintage band-t-shirts (or at least T-shirts that look like you could Be vintage) are great.

Which muesli girl-must-haves did I miss? Let me know!
